Yes, Mike Myers is returning as the enjoyably grumpy ogre Shrek. He's joined by Cameron Diaz as his ogre partner Princess Fiona, and Eddie Murphy as motor-mouthed Donkey.
Who is directing Shrek 5?
The film is being co-directed by Walt Dohrn and Brad Ableson. Dohrn served as a writer on Shrek 2 and Shrek The Third before taking on Head of Story duties for Shrek Forever After, whilst Ableson co-directed Illumination's hit animation Minions: The Rise of Gru.
Does Shrek 5 follow the events of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish?
Again, unknown, and it hasn't been confirmed if Antonio Banderas will return as Puss in Boots in Shrek 4. The end of the critically acclaimed Puss in Boots: The Last Wish saw Puss set sail for the land of Far, Far Away, so it remains to be seen where we go from there.
