It Ends With Us adapts Colleen Hoover's bestselling book of the same name. Blake Lively stars as single-minded Bostonian Lily Bloom whose attempt to navigate childhood trauma leads her into a complex relationship crisis. Lily falls for the handsome neurosurgeon Ryle (Justin Baldoni) who calls to mind aspects of her troubled past, and then she reconnects with her high school sweetheart Atlas (Brandon Sklenar).
