Unlimited members were treated to a preview screening of atmospheric new Gothic chiller The Invitation. Game of Thrones' Nathalie Emmanuel plays a bereaved young woman who is invited to an aristocratic wedding party by her distant relatives in the rolling British countryside. However, she soon discovers bloodcurdling things about her relations...
We've rounded up several responses to the movie, which is directed by Jessica M. Thompson and scripted by Blair Butler. Scroll down to check out the Unlimited reactions.
It was a really fascinating but spooky movie. It almost felt like Eagles' Hotel California the movie taking place in the UK with some very twisted twists. Really enjoyable, some jumpscares got me and Overall I give it an 8.2/10! Grade: B+! 😁😁😁💌💌

I kind of enjoyed it, nice to see Nathalie Emmanuel getting a starring role, liked the spookiness of it but it took too long to get going and felt rushed towards the end.

Me & hubby enjoyed it, was suitably spooky and tense in places, a touch of charm & romance, with a twist of violence & blood! A great cast too! Hope it does well!

A modern edge to a campy gothic horror - good fun!

Mixed bag, personally really enjoyed watching it (although the twist was made obvious to me halfway through) and felt quite captivated throughout! Taking a friend to watch it next week! 👀
