Details of what Toxic is about has been kept fairly under wraps. However, it’s described as a period gangster action-thriller that takes place across the early 1940s into the 1970s. Set in Goa, the idyllic coastal location is juxtaposed with the underworld of the rising crime syndicates, with Yash’s character building an empire powered by fear and corruption.
What is the release date of Toxic?
Toxic is now set to be released the 26th August after the film saw two date changes. Initially meant to be released on 19th March, it then got pushed back to 4th June, before finally – hopefully – releasing later this month. While not confirmed, it was reported these delays occurred due to not wanting to compete with Dhurandhar, although Yash refuted these claims.
