Here's some news to put a smile on your face. We're delighted to announce the Unlimited screening of feel-good Scottish teen comedy Our Ladies, from This Boy's Life and Rob Roy filmmaker Michael Caton-Jones. Set in the 1990s, it explores the hilarious fallout when a group of Catholic schoolgirls venture into Edinburgh for a choir competition – only to end up painting the town red in the process.
Delayed from 2020, Our Ladies has received glowing reviews. Sight and Sound describes it as "a must-see riot of girl power and teen spirit that redefines how girls get to have sex and talk about sexuality on screen". And Screen International praises Caton-Jones for providing "a terrific soundtrack and some solid performances from a largely unknown, female cast".
