Long Shot: discover the Cineworld Unlimited screening responses

Charlize Theron-Seth Rogen comedy Long Shot screened in advance for Cineworld Unlimited members last night. They play an aspiring Presidential candidate and her scriptwriter, respectively, who must traverse power and gender boundaries to realise their romantic affection for one another.

So what did Unlimited audiences make of the movie? We'll start with this from Simon Winstanley.

Emma@TheMovies lauds the funny and believable chemistry between Theron and Rogen.

Dan Lever says the movie has got intelligence to go with its onslaught of laughs.

Dave Billingsley says it's the apparent mismatch between the two stars that provides much of the film's charm.

Dan Smith says he loved it, although it's not one for the youngsters.

And Rebecca Downes has a succinct way of describing the movie.

Anyone else who was at last night's screening can tweet us their responses @Cineworld and using #CineworldUnlimited.

And good news for those who can't wait to see it again: Long Shot goes on wide release from 3rd May.

And even more good news for Unlimited members: we've got more advance screenings coming up for you. On 6th May, Olivia Wilde makes her directorial debut with the hilarious Booksmart, a comedy about two academic high-fliers determined to enjoy their final wild night of high school.

And on 8th May, director Brian Welsh presents Beats, a pulsating, black and white ode to the 1990s Scottish rave scene.
