All of you Cineworlders are understandably impatient for us to re-open. And while we await that glorious day, we want to pose a question: what was your first cinema experience?
That very same question was put to 1917's George MacKay, who remembers seeing Disney's Hercules at Cineworld in London.

So, what about the Cineworlder response? Here are a few highlights – check them out and post your own reactions on the Cineworld page.
My first was Beauty and the Beast when I was 4. I sat in awe throughout. Second was Remains of the Day due to an error on my Mum’s part but apparently 4 year old me thought it was grand 😂

I can’t remember my first cinema visit, but I definitely remember watching Jurassic Park for the first time in the cinema as an 8 year old kid, and being totally obsessed with that film. I’m still obsessed now. 😆🦖🦕

I remember queueing around the block to go to middlesbroughs ABC. Long since shut. To see star wars. Me and my brother got to the door and it was full. We stood for 4 hours in the rain until that screening finished. 1 screen only. That and jaws had me hooked on cinema for life.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Still my favourite of the three Indiana Jones films. pic.twitter.com/n6liadHOZC
