The Croods, an animated family of cavemen, are rolling back onto UK and Ireland screens on 21st February 2021. Though almost consigned to prehistory after being cancelled by Dreamworks in 2016, you can see the characters voiced by Nicholas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Mann and Peter Dinklage, in the first trailer for The Croods: A New Age, below.
As the name suggests, the film sees "the world's first family" venturing into new lands, only to find a more advanced family of prehistoric people, called the Bettermans (see what they did there?). While it's set thousands of years ago, there's plenty of up-to-date humour for all ages and vaulable lessons to be learnt by Stone Age- and 21st-century-folk alike.
The Croods: A New Age is scheduled to be released on 21st February 2021. Let us know your thoughts on the trailer @Cineworld .
